DOXA Seminar Held November 10 at St. Athanasius Church in Arlington

On Saturday November 10, DOXA held a wonderful seminar at the St. Athanasius Church in Arlington.  The mission of DOXA is to provide religious educators the opportunity to grow as Orthodox Christian and fulfill their catechetical ministry in the life of the church as they teach the Good News of Christ and the doctrines and traditions of Orthodoxy.  The theme for the seminar was ‘The Role of Parents and Teachers in Religious Education’.  Teachers and parents throughout the Metropolis of Boston enjoyed a day of discussions, developmental sessions and fellowship.  The next DOXA seminar will be held in April (further information will be forthcoming).
