The Metropolis of Boston hosted the Massachusetts Council of Churches’ Annual Meeting

On Friday, October 19, 2018, the Metropolis of Boston hosted the Massachusetts Council of Churches’ Annual Meeting at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral of New England. The Rev. Dr. Demetrios Tonias, who serves on the Board of the MCC, expressed the greetings of His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios and offered the opening prayer. At the meeting, representatives of the various member churches gathered for a presentation on religious fundraising, offered by Melissa Spas of the Lake Institute, and dealt with the business of the Council. At the end of the meeting, Fr. Demetri gave a tour of the Cathedral to the attendees.
