A compilation of delicious healthy recipes for all seasons, the cookbook was compiled by Presbytera Calypso "Lee" Karahalios, who tested and retested each recipe working countless hours to insure the best recipe in each category. Many of the recipes "are personal and family favorites; others were graciously given by relatives and friends" says Presbytera Lee in the forward.
