Metropolitan Methodios Urges participation in 2011 Greek Independence Day Parade

His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios is strongly encouraging everyone to participate in the Annual Greek Independence Day Parade which will be held in Boston on Sunday, April 10.  In a letter to all the parishes of the Metropolis and to the entire  Omogeneia, Metropolitan Methodios reminds the faithful of the importance of the dual celebration of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary and Greek Independence Day and expresses the hope that "every Greek Orthodox Christian will participate in the Parade with enthusiasm."
