His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios Visits St. Philip in Nashua, NH
On Sunday, November 13th His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the St. Philip parish in Nashua, NH. At the conclusion of the Liturgy, His Eminence tonsured three altar boys, who are brothers, as readers. His Eminence also elevated Fr. Alex Chetsas to the rank of Oikonomos.
In his address to the congregation, His Eminence encouraged everyone to share their faith with the people they encounter and to emulate the example of St. Philip; inviting people to come and see the spiritual home that the St. Philip parish offers. During the fellowship hour, His Eminence was over joyed to see the youth of the community organizing food that will supply their outreach program for those in need during the upcoming holiday season.
