Statement in Light of the Attacks on Several Sites in Paris

"Once again tonight, savage barbaric attacks have taken the lives of innocent brethren, this time in Paris. Our prayers are lifted to Almighty God that all brethren including Orthodox Christians and their spiritual leader, Metropolitan Emmanuel of France may be safe. Let us pray for the repose of all victims-- Christians, Jews and Muslims --who became victims of this latest attack on civilized humanity. Let us pray this Sunday that the Prince of Peace may reign in our hearts so that we may become ambassadors of peace and hope in our wounded world."
